Inclusion Self-Audit Tool
This tool was developed by the Toronto South LIP as a guide for all of our working groups and committees. The purpose is to ensure that group membership is inclusive and reflects the communities we work with.  The audit tool is a checklist that helps working groups identify who is missing from the membership. This can then be used to direct their recruitment strategy.
